Think Trade Account Information

Think Trade launched in 2023, offering competitive pricing for our trade customers. Register today to gain access and explore exclusive trade offers available to qualifying businesses.

To be eligible for a trade account, you must be a UK resident, over 18 years old, and operating a UK business. Complete the trade application form, and upon approval (usually within 1-2 working days), you will receive an account invite via email. For assistance, contact our Customer Service Team on 01524 415401 or via info@thinkinteriors.uk.

We reserve the right to approve or reject applications and can modify or withdraw Think Trade discounts at any time. We also reserve the right to update our Standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy at any given time.

Once approved, you can log in to your Think Trade account and view exclusive trade prices on all our products.

Ordering Information

Delivery Information

Yes! We offer free delivery within 25 miles of our Morecambe Trade Counter (LA4 5NA). For orders over £500, enjoy free delivery within this radius. If you are outside this area, please contact us for a delivery quote.

You can select "Local Pickup" during checkout if you prefer to collect your products directly from our Trade Counter in Morecambe.

Deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), with prior notice given where possible.

A pre-delivery call will be made to you the day before delivery, and our driver will call again on the day of delivery.

Delivery is only made once payment has been confirmed.

Depending on the weight of the products, you may be asked to assist with offloading.

We will aim to place your products in a safe and accessible location at the point of delivery.

Please inspect your products upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, report them within 48 hours to our Customer Service Team at 01524 415401 or via info@thinkinteriors.uk.

Yes, all deliveries require a signature to confirm the accuracy and quality of the products.
